Procedure and Ingredients:
Remove the plastic wrapper and boil it with the net in water along with the juice of an orange for 1:30 minutes at low boiling.
After that, we remove the net and the outside of the lamb is carved and we put carapacles.
Bake in an oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes and add honey with orange juice.
Slice and optionally enjoy with mustard and mashed potatoes.
