Procedures and Ingredients:
- Remove the plastic wrapper and boil it with the net in water along with orange juice for 1:45 minutes at low boiling.
- Then we remove the net and cut the gammon in a slice of 230-250gr. (The Gammon is also sold in slices)
- Serve with egg poached for 3 minutes, boiled in salted water and a little vinegar.
- Served with orange sauce.
